Digital Products Only

All BunnBe products are digital files.

This means:

No finished crochet item will be shipped.
No printed pattern will be mailed.
No physical package will be delivered.

You are purchasing a digital PDF crochet pattern that allows you to create your own handmade piece.

File Delivery

After your payment is confirmed, your digital pattern will be available for download.

You will receive access in two ways:

Through the download link sent to the email address used at checkout.
Through the Downloads section inside your My Account page.

Please make sure your email address is entered correctly before completing your order.

Accessing Your Download

To access your purchased files later, log in to your account and go to:

My Account > Downloads

Your purchased patterns will remain available there for future access.

If you do not receive your email within a few minutes, please check your spam, junk, or promotions folder.

File Format

All patterns are delivered as digital PDF files.

You can open your PDF on a phone, tablet, computer, or print it at home for personal use.

The product page will include important information such as language, skill level, materials, suggested hook size, finished size, and whether step-by-step photos or video support are included.

No Physical Shipping

Because all products are digital, no shipping fee applies to digital pattern purchases.

If you see any shipping option during checkout, please contact us before completing your order so we can help review it.

Refunds and Cancellations

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final once the file has been delivered or made available for download.

We do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations for digital products after purchase, except when required by applicable law.

Please read the product description carefully before purchasing and make sure you understand that you are buying a digital PDF pattern, not a finished crochet item.

Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchase the same pattern more than once, please contact us within 48 hours of purchase.

We will review the order and may offer store credit or another solution at our discretion, as long as the duplicate purchase can be verified.

If you experience any issue accessing your file, please contact us and we will be happy to help.

Before reaching out, please check that:

Your payment was completed.
You are using the same email address used at checkout.
You have checked your spam, junk, or promotions folder.
You are logged into the correct account.
Your device can open PDF files.

Pattern Use

You may use BunnBe patterns to create finished handmade pieces.

You may sell finished items made by you from our patterns, as long as the pieces are handmade by you in small quantities and credit is given to BunnBe when possible.

What You May Not Do

You may not copy, share, resell, redistribute, translate, upload, publish, or sell any BunnBe pattern in any form.

You may not use our written instructions, photos, charts, videos, layout, or pattern files as your own.

You may not share the PDF in groups, drives, marketplaces, social media, classes, subscriptions, or private communities.

Purchasing a pattern gives you permission to use the file personally. It does not transfer ownership of the pattern, design, text, images, or intellectual property.

Video and Bonus Content

Some products may include video support, bonus instructions, or free pattern content.

When video or bonus content is included, this will be stated on the product page.

Free pattern content shared on the website or on Instagram is also protected by this policy. It may be used to create finished pieces, but the instructions may not be copied, resold, redistributed, translated, or published elsewhere.

Product Information

We do our best to describe each pattern clearly, including difficulty level, materials, hook size, finished size, language, and what is included.

Finished sizes may vary depending on the yarn, hook, stitch tension, and materials used by each maker.
