How Download Works
All BunnBe patterns are digital PDF files. No physical item will be shipped.
After your purchase is confirmed, your pattern will be available for download in two ways: through the confirmation email sent to your inbox and inside the Downloads section of your My Account page.
Digital Delivery
Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email with the download link for your digital pattern.
You can also access your purchased files anytime by logging into your account and visiting:
Your purchased patterns will remain available there for future access.
No Physical Shipping
BunnBe Patterns sells digital crochet patterns only.
This means:
No printed pattern will be mailed.
No finished crochet item will be shipped.
No physical package will be delivered.
You are purchasing a digital PDF crochet pattern that you can download and use to create your own handmade piece.
Download Email
After checkout, please check the email address used during your purchase.
Your download email may include:
Order confirmation
Download link
Product name
Access to your digital PDF file
If you do not see the email within a few minutes, please check your spam, junk, or promotions folder.
My Account Downloads
If you created an account during checkout, your pattern will also be saved in your account.
To access it:
Log in to your account.
Go to My Account.
Click Downloads.
Select the pattern file you want to download.
This is helpful if you need to download the file again later.
Download Issues
If your download link does not work, or if you cannot find your file, please contact us and we will be happy to help.
Before reaching out, please make sure that:
Your payment was completed.
You are checking the same email used at checkout.
You have looked in your spam or promotions folder.
You are logged into the correct account.
File Format
All patterns are delivered as digital PDF files.
You can open your PDF on a phone, tablet, computer, or print it at home if you prefer working with a paper copy.
Important Information
Because this is a digital product, no shipping address is required for delivery of the pattern.
Digital products are delivered electronically and are available after payment confirmation.
Please remember that BunnBe patterns are for personal use. You may sell finished pieces made from our patterns, but the pattern itself may not be copied, shared, resold, redistributed, translated, or sold in any form.
